Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or placing a prediction on cardsforacause, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, effective from 1 January 2026.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use cardsforacause. Players in states where online prediction games are prohibited by local law are not permitted to register or participate.

Use of the Platform

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not create multiple accounts, use automated bots, or attempt to manipulate round outcomes. Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

Liability

cardsforacause provides the platform on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

Prediction game outcomes are determined by a provably fair RNG. cardsforacause is not responsible for losses resulting from player decisions, misread results, or expired round windows.

Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, game logic, and content on cardsforacause are the exclusive property of the platform operator. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, cardsforacause's total liability to any player in any calendar month is capped at the net deposits made by that player during the same month.

This limitation applies regardless of the nature of the claim — whether contract, tort, or statutory. It does not affect your statutory rights under Indian consumer protection law.

Third-Party Services

cardsforacause integrates with third-party payment processors including UPI networks and wallet providers. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by those third parties, though we will assist in dispute resolution.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Report any suspected unauthorised access to support immediately. cardsforacause will not be liable for losses caused by credential sharing or phishing outside our platform.

Your Rights

You may close your account at any time. Any verified balance remaining after closure will be refunded to your KYC-linked bank account within 7 working days, subject to identity verification.

Changes to These Terms

cardsforacause may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a published change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via registered email at least 7 days in advance.
